RETURNS
Exchanges and/or returns for Spain
Any purchased item that does not fully satisfy the customer may be exchanged or returned by contacting us via email at sac@felipevarela.com within a maximum period of FIVE DAYS from the date of receipt of the order (the period begins to count from the effective delivery of the product by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer).
In the case of cocktail clothing AND ACCESSORIES, the exchange or return must be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt of the product (the period starts counting from the effective delivery of the product by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer) (1), through the Customer Service Department by means of the email sac@felipevarela.com.
FELIPE VARELA reserves the right to analyze the products prior to accepting said exchange or return.
Please ensure that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you and with all their identification labels attached.
We present it to you in summary (as it will appear in your order confirmation):
You have 5 days to report the exchange/return of prêt-à-porter products and 24 hours for accessories and cocktail products. (The period starts counting from the effective delivery of the product by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer).
Send an email to sac@felipevarela.com requesting an exchange or refund.
Within the next 48/72 hours (working days, Monday to Friday), you will receive an email with:
- Date of shipment collection
- Documentation to be given to the carrier.
- Shipment tracking number.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the products. Any costs incurred by the customer in returning products will not be refunded.
Within SEVEN days of receiving the return/exchange, we will inform you of the return period and method via email.
FELIPE VARELA undertakes to reimburse the customer within 30 days of the date of acceptance of the return.
For exchange or return
Exchanges or returns are permitted via courier. To initiate a return or exchange, please notify our Customer Service Department in advance by emailing sac@felipevarela.com. Once we receive your notification, we will send you collection instructions to your email address.
Likewise, for both exchanges and returns, it is necessary to package the item(s) appropriately to prevent any damage to the product and to include the purchase invoice. Furthermore, it is essential that the following address is clearly visible on the outside of the package:

FELIPE VARELA will not accept changes or returns that have not been previously communicated through the indicated channels.
If users do not notify FELIPE VARELA of their exchange or return through the indicated channels, FELIPE VARELA will not be responsible for the returned merchandise.
The refund will be issued in the same form of payment and will be limited to unused items.
The user will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return via email.
For any claim, it is essential to present the purchase invoice.
For exchanges and/or returns to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. FELIPE VARELA will not accept any returns sent with postage due. All exchanges and/or returns must be made by mail (in this case, we recommend registered mail or mail with delivery confirmation) or courier. To do so, it is essential to first contact the Customer Service Department by email at sac@felipevarela.com.
