2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between [Felipe Varela] and the user or "Customer" who purchases women's clothing and/or accessories through the website [Felipe Varela.com].
3. Purchase Process and Order Acceptance
The Customer, who must be of legal age, may place orders by following the steps indicated on the website.
1. Product selection: The Customer adds the desired items (clothing, accessories) to the shopping cart.
2. Registration/Shipping Information: The Customer enters their personal and shipping information.
3. Order confirmation: By clicking "Buy" or a similar button, the Customer places a binding order for the items in the basket.
4. Email confirmation: Immediately afterwards, we will send an order confirmation email. The contract is formalized at that time.
4. Price and Payment Method
Product prices are shown in euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.
We accept the following forms of payment:

5. Shipping and Delivery Times
· Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process and will depend on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. They will be clearly indicated before you finalize your order.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7. Product Warranty

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to access, browsing or use of the website, or to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
