Orders
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and be added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year.
It depends on your location. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order through the shipping company.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once it has been shipped. Processed orders cannot be canceled or modified; returns are subject to the Felipevarela.com Online Return Policy.
Once an order for an item or custom order has been successfully confirmed, cancellations, returns, and refunds will not be accepted. The sale of these items is considered final.

All prices include VAT. We are currently unable to offer tax refunds for purchases made on Felipe Varela.com, including orders placed from iPads in our Varela stores.
For most items (excluding custom orders and personalized items), you will not be charged until your order ships. Once your order is placed, we will authorize payment of the total amount and prepare your order for shipment. The total amount will be charged once your order has shipped.
Custom items and orders require full payment at the time of ordering. Once Felipe Varela.com receives your order, customer service will contact you to confirm the order details and process payment.
